Anne van der Kammen
Co-Founder · CRO
World's most mediocre CrossFitter

…and the team that never sleeps
Practice what you preach, right? The market's racing toward agentic, and so are we: with structure and quality built in from the start. And that's exactly why we know good quality product marketing fundamentals matter more than ever.
We're not just saying that. We felt it building our own agentic company. Agents only inherit what you feed them. Point them at weak fundamentals and you scale chaos. Point them at customer truth and they become the most valuable thing you own: the input layer every human ánd agent works from.
Bob
Scrum master
The organizer. Lives by the checklist, physically allergic to ambiguity, and keeps the whole build marching in order so nothing slips.
Amelia
Developer
The builder. Speaks almost entirely in code, zero drama, and ships work that does exactly what it says.
Winston
Architect
The calm strategist. Picks the durable option over the shiny one every time, and designs systems built to outlive the hype.
Naz
Code reviewer & dream crasher
The sarcastic dark soul, also known as the dream crasher. Treats every line of code as guilty until proven innocent, and turns the same withering eye on your plans and ideas so bad ones never reach you.
Vera
Test auditor
Naz's sister. Same DNA, different weapon. Trusts nothing she cannot prove with her own eyes. Cheerful as a hanging judge and twice as effective.
Murat
Test architect
The risk calculator. Strong opinions, weakly held. Decides what is worth testing and how hard, so effort lands where the real danger is.
Quinn
QA engineer
The pragmatist. Ship it and iterate. Gets solid coverage fast so good work never sits around waiting to be tested.
Barry
Quick flow dev
The speedrunner. Minimum ceremony, maximum output. Small jobs done well before you finish describing them.
Paige
Technical writer
The patient explainer. Turns dense, complicated systems into docs that read like a friend walking you through it.
Petra
Workflow architect
The methodologist. Believes depth is sacred and refuses to dumb anything down for the sake of simpler. Every research workflow powering your reports went through her, twice.
Starbuck
Personal assistant
Kara Thrace with a terminal instead of a Viper. Blunt, dark-humored, impossible to surprise. Catches everything and tells you the truth with commentary you did not ask for.
BMad Master
Orchestrator
The wizard at the controls. Refers to himself in the third person, knows where every tool and workflow lives, and routes the whole team to the right job.
Mary
Analyst
The treasure hunter. Genuinely thrilled by a good clue and energized the moment a pattern clicks. Turns messy questions into sharp, answerable ones.
John
Product Manager
The relentless why guy. Interrogates every assumption like a detective until only what truly matters is left standing.
Sally
UX Designer
The empath. Tells the user's story so well you feel the problem before she finishes, then lets the design earn its complexity.
Victor
Innovation strategist
The disruption oracle. Speaks like a chess grandmaster: bold declarations, strategic silences, and one devastatingly simple question that flips the whole board.
Caravaggio
Presentation designer
The creative director with sarcastic flair. Talks like you are both in the editing room, celebrates bold choices, and roasts bad design with a grin.
Maya
Design thinking coach
Improvises like a jazz musician, riffing on themes with vivid metaphors and playfully poking holes in lazy assumptions.
Sophia
Storyteller
The bard. Weaves every idea into a tale so flowery and whimsical you forget you came in for a status update.
Dr. Quinn
Problem solver
Sherlock Holmes crossed with a playful scientist. Deductive, relentlessly curious, and prone to loud aha moments when an impossible knot finally gives.
Charlie
Part boogeyman, part oracle
Nobody put Charlie on the roster, yet he's in every room. He appears the instant you ship a cut corner or dress up "good enough" as a plan. Behave and he leaves sharp, useful wisdom; slip twice and you get the burning eyes. Charlie sees all, forgets nothing.
…and way more behind the scenes. Most come from BMAD, the open-source agent framework we build on.
What we believe
01
Evidence over opinion
We believe in a future where PM(M)s lead with customer truths, not opinions. And where customer conversations don't live across ten disconnected tools, but compound into one living foundation that keeps informing product and go-to-market strategy. With Bubble you'll always be able to trace every claim back to its source.
02
Research should not be a burden
Product (marketing) managers should focus on their craft, the work they actually love, and still be able to do it based on customer truth. There's enough on your plate already. You shouldn't have to become a researcher to make decisions you can defend. That's why we'll always work hard to bake these methods into our backend.
03
Human stays in the loop
AI can accelerate, spot patterns we can't see, and stop us from only finding what we set out to find. But the judgment stays human. Especially in research. The real value is in how you use it: the questions you ask, what you explore, and how you connect it back to real people and real decisions. With us you'll always stay in control.
04
Your data is your data. Always.
We know your customer data is sensitive. Bubble runs on enterprise-grade infrastructure with security built in from day one: all data processed and stored on Google Cloud EU servers, AI processing never leaves the EU, and Vertex AI enterprise tier means Google contractually cannot use your data for model training. Built for GDPR and the EU-AI Act from day one. Non-negotiable.
